PLAYER NOTES: --F Amir Johnson was a non-factor in his second start. He committed five fouls, three on the offensive end, and played just 11 minutes. Foul problems are the biggest concern with Johnson in his starting role.
--C Rasheed Wallace has looked sharp in the early going. He had 17 points, 12 rebounds and six blocks against the Wizards. That's surprising, considering that Wallace shot below 30 percent in the preseason. He's 11-for-20 from the field through two games.
--G Will Bynum has been active the first two games but hasn't played. He'll be used as a change-of-pace point man on occasion.
