Detroit Pistons Roster Report 2008-03-04 09:20:22
:

ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Chauncey Billups, Shooting guard Richard Hamilton, Small forward Tayshaun Prince, Power forward Rasheed Wallace, Center Antonio McDyess. Bench -- Forward Jason Maxiell, Forward Jarvis Hayes, Forward Amir Johnson, Guard Rodney Stuckey, Guard Arron Afflalo.

PLAYER NOTES:

--In Rodney Stuckey's first NBA start, he went 4-for-8 from the floor with nine points, four fouls, three turnovers and two assists.

"In the minutes he was in, Stuck did cool," Rasheed Wallace said. "He ran the offense. I'm not worried about him taking or missing shots, just run the offense, that's the main thing for him to make sure everyone's in the right spot and get people involved. I think that's what he was doing."

--Juan Dixon scored 14 points after participating in just one practice with the team. Because of the schedule, practice time has been limited to Friday's short workout in Los Angeles, and Dixon ran through most of that as a two-guard.

--Antonio McDyess went 0-for-1 from the floor and had his first scoreless game of the season. He had five rebounds and four personal fouls.
