Detroit Pistons Roster Report 2009-10-30
ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Rodney Stuckey, Shooting guard Rip Hamilton, Small forward Tayshaun Prince, Power forward Charlie Villanueva, Center Ben Wallace. Bench -- Guard Ben Gordon, Guard Will Bynum, Forward Jason Maxiell, Forward Chris Wilcox, Forward/Center Kwame Brown.

PLAYER NOTES:

--F Charlie Villanueva scored seven points in his Pistons' regular season debut. He was plagued with foul trouble early and played sparingly in the first half.

--F Tayshaun Prince scored 14 points and had five rebounds in 31 minutes and shook off an average pre-season which saw him hindered with a sprained right toe.

--C Ben Wallace only had three points but pulled down nine rebounds and played a tough 28 minutes, setting the defensive tone that Coach John Kuester badly wants.

MEDICAL WATCH:

--G Rip Hamilton twisted his right ankle in the fourth quarter. Hamilton said X-rays showed no break but he'll be reevaluated back in Detroit Thursday.
